NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - WEDNESDAY 15 MAY
Shadows Bar | 1:00pm – 3:00pm

In accordance with Rule 14 of its Constitution, Auckland University Students' Association Incorporated (AUSA) gives notice of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be held from 1pm on Wednesday 15 May 2024 at Shadows Bar on the University of Auckland City Campus. All are welcome to attend, but only current members of AUSA may vote on any matter arising. Agenda is here: bit.ly/3UxJU26

In accordance with Rule 54 of its Constitution, AUSA also gives notice that the above AGM will include a member's vote on changes to its Rules. AUSA confirms that these Rule changes have been reviewed by a duly qualified Solicitor and confirmation has been given that they will not adversely impact AUSA's standing under either the Charities Act 2005 or the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, as is required by Rules 54 (1) (b) and (c).

Graduation is coming up and we're super excited!!! 🎓

AUSA, wants you to enjoy this special day, rather than getting bogged down by the finer details! To make this special day a little bit less stressful, AUSA is super excited to once again be offering FREE professional photos for all graduands!

We're taking these photos in 5 minute slots from 12am - 4pm, on Monday 6th May to Wednesday 8th of May and again on the Tuesday the 14th of May at Albert Park! Photos will be taken by the Albert Park Fountain, and the photographer will be wearing a blue AUSA hi-vis vest, near the AUSA flags to make him easy to spot!

Photos will be taken by @photog.tomzhao Photography and will be uploaded to the AUSA Facebook Page afterwards.

Please only book one slot, as these times are limited and we want to let as many students as we can have an opportunity!
