The Finance and Operations Vice-President is AUSA’s organisational anchor, responsible for ensuring strong financial performance and smooth Executive operations. Working closely with the President, General Manager, and Accountant, this role helps develop and manage the AUSA budget while monitoring financial performance throughout the year. 

Beyond finances, the VP also assists with governance and administration, preparing agendas and minutes for Executive, Senior Leadership, and Student Council meetings. They play a key role in overseeing AUSA’s entities, including UBIQ, Shadows, bFM, and the Property Trust. 

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Finance and Operations VP helps guide strategy while ensuring AUSA’s systems and structures support effective decision-making. This position requires attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to student-focused outcomes.
